Data Deletion — BeepMi
BeepMi (operated by BEEPMI LTDA) respects your
right to delete your account and personal data at any time. /
O BeepMi (operado por BEEPMI LTDA) respeita seu
direito de excluir sua conta e seus dados pessoais a qualquer momento.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended) / No app (recomendado)
- Open the BeepMi app and sign in. / Abra o app BeepMi e faça login.
- Open the menu and go to Meu Perfil (My Profile). / Abra o menu e vá em Meu Perfil.
- Scroll to Zona de perigo (Danger zone) and tap Excluir conta (Delete account). / Vá até a Zona de perigo e toque em Excluir conta.
- Type
EXCLUIR to confirm. / Digite EXCLUIR para confirmar.
Your account, profiles and personal data are deleted permanently and immediately.
/ Sua conta, perfis e dados pessoais são excluídos de forma permanente e imediata.
Option 2 — By email / Por e-mail
Email privacy@beepmi.com from the
address tied to your BeepMi account, with the subject line
DATA DELETION REQUEST. Include:
- Your full name
- The email address registered with BeepMi
- Optional: the Facebook user ID, if you connected via Facebook Login
We will process the request within 30 days and email a
confirmation when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, email, password hash, preferences)
- OAuth tokens (TikTok, Meta, Google) and the list of connected ad accounts
- Campaign rules, automation logs, and notification preferences
- MCP tokens and API integration history
What we keep (legal obligation)
- Billing records (invoices, payment proofs) — kept 5 years per Brazilian tax law (Federal Decree 7.962/2013)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with no personal identifiers
- Security audit logs older than 90 days are auto-purged regardless
Third-party data
Data created by you on third-party platforms (e.g., campaigns inside
Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) is governed by those platforms'
privacy policies. BeepMi cannot delete data outside its own systems.
