Data Deletion — BeepMi

BeepMi respects your right to delete your data at any time. There are two ways to request the removal of your data from our platform:

Option 1 — Automated (recommended)

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to BeepMi via Facebook Login, you can revoke access and trigger automatic data deletion:

Open facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites
Find BeepMi in the list of authorized apps
Click Remove

Facebook will notify our system via webhook. We will purge all data associated with your account within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation code from Facebook that you can use to verify the deletion at our status endpoint.

Option 2 — Manual (email)

Email privacy@beepmi.com from the address tied to your BeepMi account, with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST. Include:

Your full name
The email address registered with BeepMi
Optional: the Facebook user ID, if you connected via Facebook Login

We will process the request within 30 days and email a confirmation when the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Account profile (name, email, password hash, preferences)
OAuth tokens (TikTok, Meta, Google) and the list of connected ad accounts
Campaign rules, automation logs, and notification preferences
MCP tokens and API integration history

What we keep (legal obligation)

Billing records (invoices, payment proofs) — kept 5 years per Brazilian tax law (Federal Decree 7.962/2013)
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with no personal identifiers
Security audit logs older than 90 days are auto-purged regardless

Third-party data

Data created by you on third-party platforms (e.g., campaigns inside Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) is governed by those platforms' privacy policies. BeepMi cannot delete data outside its own systems.
