This Privacy Policy describes how BeepMi ("we", "our", or "Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects user information when using our TikTok Ads campaign management and automation services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Data

• Name and email for platform authentication
• Login credentials (stored with encryption)

1.2 TikTok API Data

When you connect your TikTok Business account, we access the following through the TikTok Marketing API:

• Business Centers: information about BCs linked to the token
• Ad Accounts: IDs, names, status of accounts (advertisers)
• Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Ads: settings, status, budgets
• Performance Metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS
• Creatives: videos and images uploaded to ad accounts
• Catalogs: products, product sets, catalog feeds
• Pixels: IDs and tracking configurations
• Identities: TikTok profiles authorized for ads

1.3 Usage Data

• Logs of actions performed on the platform
• Automation rule configurations
• Saved templates

2. How We Use Your Data

• Display dashboards with consolidated metrics from your TikTok Ads accounts
• Create, edit, and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ads
• Upload creatives (videos/images) to ad accounts
• Execute automation rules configured by the user (pause, scale, optimize)
• Manage product catalogs and feeds
• Monitor status and performance in real time
• Sync financial data (balances, spend)

3. Storage and Security

• Access Tokens: stored with encryption in a secure database (Upstash Redis with TLS)
• Creatives: temporarily stored on Amazon S3 with restricted access
• Data Cache: maintained for a limited period for performance
• Communication: all data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS
• Infrastructure: hosted on Vercel (frontend/API) and AWS (processing)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or ad data with third parties.

Data is accessed exclusively to provide the platform's services. The only external transmissions are:

• Communication with the TikTok API (to execute requested actions)
• Storage on infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel, Upstash)

5. Data Retention

• Session and cache data: up to 24 hours
• Metrics and history: while the profile is active
• Creatives on S3: up to 30 days after upload
• When you delete your profile, all associated data is permanently removed

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

In accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you have the right to:

• Access your stored personal data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke consent and disconnect your TikTok account at any time
• Request data portability

7. Revoking Access

You can revoke BeepMi's access to your TikTok data at any time:

• On the platform: Settings > Delete Profile (removes all data)
• On TikTok: Business Center > Settings > Connected Apps > Revoke access

8. Cookies

We only use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform.
