Retry Log: what failed and why

In this tutorial, you'll open the Retry Log, filter by Business Center, catalog, and status, and learn how to read each rejection reason. By the end, you'll know how to fix and reprocess without redoing the whole upload.

Step 1 · Open the Retry Log

In the sidebar, click 'Retry Log'

Step 2 · The numbers at the top

Campaigns, total videos, approved, in review, rejected, retrying, and final

Step 3 · Filter by BC, catalog, campaign, and status

Choose the BC and the catalog, filter by campaign and status. 'Refresh' checks TikTok again

Step 4 · Read each item

Each video shows status, SKU, attempt, the rejection reason, and the retry log
